Just thought I would share a couple delicious recipes I have half discovered, half made up. I was craving some spice really bad, and made a jalapeno sauce for my good ol quinoa and kelp mixture. It would be great used just on any noodle of your choice too.
For the sauce: Put in blender...
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashews
2/3 cup water
Blend well, add more water if it's too thinck
Add 1/2 tsp corriander
salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 Red Jalapeno, or a whole one, but start with 1/2 (I used the whole pepper, seeds and all)
Blend away! Pour it on whatever you like
Today I also had a wrap made with a collard leaf. Inside I had this avocado mixture with sesame oil and soy sauce. The i put whatever veggies I wanted inside and wrapped 'er up! It was delish.
